Dialogues in Light were my first experiments with the white scrim, using different types of lighting and types of flowers. The images had a certain elegance, but as I continued working, I found that sometimes the flowers’ gestures possessed an emotional quality as well. Pursuing this emotional feeling led to the Unveilings series
